Fueller Loading system is part of the automated JET-A1 fuel distribution system that provides advanced way of fuel distribution. Fueller Loading system consists of six road loading units, with two loading points on each bay.
Each bay consists of a bottom loading connector to load the road tankers and connection to vapor recovery systems (if road tanker has dedicated connection). The fuel to be loaded is Jet A1 (Kerosene).
The fueller loading units are fully automated with the fueller loading details set by the control system. A manual operating facility permit loading from the pre-sets in case of failure of the communication link to the main control system.
The Control system architecture is capable of future expansion to integrate existing terminal control systems if required.
As result, we developed 6 state-of-the-art Fueller metering systems with hose connections and Terminal Automation System.
Main instrumentation used is from Technip FMC, KROHNE and Terminal Automation System custom made based on Wonderware Aveva System Platform
